Sinopsis: 1938. Victoria, viuda de un republicano, ingresa en la prisiónde Saturrarán junto a su hermana y su hijo. En esta prisión de mujeres,custodiada por las monjas mercedarias, se vivió uno de los capítulos másoscuros de la Guerra Civil española. Y Victoria lo vivió en primera persona.La “Pantera Blanca”, directora del centro, instigada por las teorías delDoctor Vallejo, arrebatará de las manos a los hijos de las presas, poniendopor bandera el "bien de España". Victoria, desesperada por la pérdida desu hijo, se enfrentará a la Pantera Blanca junto con las demás reclusas,sufrirá sus castigos y humillaciones, tratará de huir y, finalmente, aprenderáa sobrevivir con la esperanza de reencontrarse con su hijo.1938. Victoria, a widow of a Spanish Republican, is confined inSaturraran prison along with her sister and her son. This women's prison,looked after by Mercedarian nuns, was the stage for one of the darkestchapters of the Spanish Civil War. And Victoria experiences the horrorof it first hand. The "White Panther", director of the center and instigatedby the theories of Dr. Vallejo, snatches the children out of the handsof their mothers, the women prisoners, justifying that "it is the bestfor Spain". Victoria, driven to desperation by the loss of her child, standsup to the White Panther along with the other inmates, suffering unbearablepunishment and humiliation, attempts to escape, and, finally, learns tosurvive with the hope of reuniting with her son.
